What are your turnaround times like?The campaign will usually be ready and go live within 14 days. It will then be ready for review by you or your clients before we launch the campaign.

What is included in your service package?We will handle all the work in order to deliver interested prospects to you including setting up the ad campaigns, optimization, ad copy, ad creatives, integration & etc. However, you will need to manage the client interfacing. We will not be able to call your prospects or have any kind of interactions with them.

What are your working hours and in what time zone?Our working hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm (GMT +8 time zone) on Monday to Friday.

How do I cancel my subscription?This campaign will automatically renew every 30 days unless subscription is cancelled with at least 3 days notice.
